U.S. Youth Multihull Championship

Next month the U.S. Youth Multihull Championship kicks off the 2010 season US SAILING’s National Championships.  Hosted by Houston Yacht Club in Shoreacres, Texas from May 21-23, teams are invited from across the country to compete in the event, which will be raced in Hobie 16s with spinnakers.   This championship is eligible for US SAILING’s Sailorship program, which provides travel grants from $100- $500.   Olympian Johnny Lovell will be coaching the event so this a great opportunity for all junior multihull sailors.   Deadline for entries is May 10th.  To register or find out more information see event
